Battle 10k & 5k
Plus Children’s Dash
Thursday 15th June 2023 at 7.00 pm
Plus Children’s race at 6.30 pm
Held under UKA Rules. Licence applied for.
The Out of the Blue Battle 10k & 5k take place in a unique setting and is a rare opportunity to run through the grounds of Ashburnham Place.
The event aims to raise funds for Out of the Blue who work to raise money for various charities in memory of Will Beckett who sadly took his own life in 2013.
Ashburnham Place is a setting of great natural beauty with over 220 acres rich in wildlife. Part of the grounds have been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest because of valuable flora and fauna.
Participants have an option to complete one lap of the course (5k) or two laps (10k).
**Medal and finish line goodies on offer to all finishers**
Prizes/trophies for leading runners and teams
Prize giving and presentations approx 45 minutes after first runner home
Venue: Ashburnham Place, Battle, East Sussex, TN33 9NF, 5 miles west of Battle on the A271
Toilets and baggage drop.
ENTRY LIMIT: 500.
