The race returns for a eleventh time in 2023 and this sell-out race continues to attract rave reviews for its scenery, course and organisation. The 2022 race once again sold out in record time and for 2023 we have, once again, secured two dates for the race.
The race will sell out so you are advised to secure your place as soon as possible for 2023.
The Tissington Trail, the site of a former railway line from Ashbourne to Buxton, runs along a 13 mile route from Parsley Hay to Ashbourne in Derbyshire. Surrounded by beautiful countryside the traffic-free trail is ideal for a cracking half marathon. Running one way is slightly downhill - so you've got gravity on your side virtually the whole way down the course!

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
