Held under UKA Rules. UKA Licence applied for
The London Spring 10k returns for the ninth time to the iconic setting of London’s Regent’s Park. A run or a race suitable for experienced runners and first timers alike. Using the flat, accurately measured three lap course, this fast course is perfect for a fast Saturday morning run.
**Medal to all finishers - plus plenty of goodies at the finish!!**

1st, 2nd, 3rd Males, Male Vet Categories 1-7, First Male Team (of 3)
1st, 2nd, 3rd Ladies, Lady Vet Categories 1-7, First Lady Team (of 3)
Prize giving and presentations approx 45 minutes after first runner home

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
