How to make an online entry...
First you need to register as a user of the website. To do this, click the red "Sign in/Register' tab at the upper right hand side of this page.
Complete your details as the account holder.
You will receive an email containing a link which you need to click to verify your email address and activate your account.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM EMAIL FOLDER.
Once registered, you will then be able to sign in, select your event and make entries online.
Making an entry.
On the event page (this page), select the day and age category for the individual wishing to compete. Click the red 'Enter Now' button.
On the following page, please complete the details of the athlete wishing to enter. Carefully select the discipline being entered (100m, Long Jump etc) from the dropdown list alongside the relevant age category.
For each age category there is a corresponding drop down list which contains a list of the disciplines available for that age category (along with the day the discipline is held). If you realise the discipline is on a different day to that which you chose on the first page, please click 'back' on your browser and select the correct day.
Once the athlete details are completed, please double check the details are correct before clicking to 'continue' to add the booking to your shopping basket page.
Following checkout and receipt of your payment, your entry will be confirmed by email.
Making multiple entries.
BookitZone allows you to book one athlete onto several events, or several athletes onto several events and make one combined payment.
To do this, follow the procedure as above to add the first athlete entry to your basket.
If you wish to add more athletes or add more disciplines, click the 'Add another person' button.
Repeat the process until you have added all required multiple bookings to your basket.
Following checkout and receipt of your payment, your entries will be confirmed by email.
NOTE Your confirmation from BookitZone IS the confirmation of your entry.

Event Terms
It is a condition of entry that you read the event prospectus on your County web site and accept the conditions in it. The Championships are held under UKA Rules and the Rules of the local County Athletics Associations.
In the unlikely event that the Championships are cancelled we will refund your entry fees less a 20% deduction to cover unavoidable costs.
Note that the timetable published on your County web site at present is a draft and subject to change. Please check the web site in the week before the championships to see a more detailed version.
Further information from the Organiser
The Event Organiser will email further information prior to the event. Please check your junk/spam email folders if you don't receive it and note that the Organiser may only send information once entries close (ie. a couple of days prior to the event itself). If in any doubt, please contact the Event Organiser using the details displayed on the event entry page.
