The Ipswich Summer 5K Series

Plus Children’s Race at each event held prior to main event
Held under UK Athletic Rules. UKA Licence applied for. Accurately measured course (tba).
This Thursday night summer series returns in 2015 after a slow-ish but steady start in 2013 and boom in numbers by 2014. The race features an undulating two lap course in Christchurch Park. Runners of all standards welcome, including beginners. Medal and finish line goodies to all finishers. Points awarded for race positions, with the best three races to count towards series results.
Prizes for winners and winners of vet age categories
Plus team prizes and a special series prize for 1st Male and 1st Female

- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
