This popular Friday night series returns for a 12th year in 2017. A super-fast, traffic-free road course through Rye Nature Reserve at Rye Harbour in East Sussex. The course is flat and low lying and partly runs adjacent to the shingle storm ridges on the coastal road. Would suit runners of all standards including beginners. Points scored in each race count towards overall Series prizes (first 100 male and female finishers in each race score points).

I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
