I declare that I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics rules. I am officially fit to take part in the above races and do so at my own risk entirely. I agree that the organizers and/or sponsors shall not be held responsible for and accident, injury or loss as a result of my participation in this event. I also agree that the organizers may alter details of the race without notice and that, in the unlikely event of abandonment, all or part of my entry fee may not be refunded
