Q. Can I wear headphones / earphones / listen to my MP3 Player / music device etc?
A. STRICTLY NO HEADPHONES EARPHONES MP3 PLAYERS ETC OF ANY KIND - USING SUCH DEVICES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
Q. My details have changed. How can I update them?
A. Please email info@bookitzone.com with your booking number and full details of the change. We will be unable to make any amendments after the 12th April as our entry data will have been handed over to the results team for number dispatch/fulfilment.
Q. I wish to receive a refund for my place. Do you allow these?
A. Refund requests will be considered until 12/04/2019. Unfortunately due to many upfront costs associated with staging an event of this size, we regret that after 12/4/2019 we are unable to offer refunds.
Any permitted refund will not include the booking fee originally paid to process your initial entry.
Q. I can no longer run, how do transfer my number to a friend/colleague?
A. You can perform a transfer of your place to another runner free of charge by following the instructions below IF REQUESTED BEFORE 12th APRIL. After the 12th April, you will still be able to request a transfer by completing the transfer form which will be found on www.ukresults.net (from early May). Inbetween these dates, no transfers can be effected as numbers will be in the process of being dispatched.
