Castle Clough Splash & Junior 2k
One of the shorter but tougher tests in the series, the Castle Clough Splash is a 3.5-mile trail race featuring fast wooded trails, steep climbs and a ‘splash’ of water along the way!

Junior 2k race: Starts at 7.00pm
The Junior 2k Series is open to the U10, U12, U14 and U16 age groups. The minimum age is eight on 13 April 2027. All junior entries are taken on the night and cost £3.
This is race 8 of 13 in the 2027 Accrington Fell & Trail Series, with each runner’s best 9 results counting towards the overall standings. The Junior 2k is race 4 of 6 in the junior series, with the best 4 results counting. You can enter the senior race as a standalone event on this page.
