THE 2027 BLACKROD SCARECROW 10K RACE
Due to popular demand… we’re back for a 4th year running.
All finishers will receive a bespoke 2027 race medal and goodie bag.

Men’s record: 34:46
Women’s record: 43:50
£30 cash awarded to the first male finisher under 34:46 and the first female finisher under 43:50.

Safety & licence requirement: In-ear or over-ear headphones, AirPods, or any device that blocks your ability to hear traffic, marshals or other runners are not permitted and may result in disqualification.
Open-ear or bone-conducting headphones, such as Shokz, are permitted provided your ears remain unobstructed and you can clearly hear instructions and approaching runners.
We’re not killjoys — this is to comply with race licence conditions and to keep everyone safe. There’s nothing worse than calling ahead to pass and the runner in front can’t hear you. Please help us make the course safe for all participants.
