Please enter me for the above event.
I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event.

If I am entering the 10 mile race I am 17 years of age or older on 21 November 2021.
If I am entering the 5 mile run I am 15 years of age or older on 21 November 2021.
I accept that the Race Organiser may use photographic or video equipment to monitor the race.
I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.
I accept that the organisers will send me information about this race by email.
I understand that this race operates a STRICT NO HEADPHONES policy.
