New to running or getting back into it? The From Couch to 5K Virtual Race is the perfect way to kick-start your fitness journey, stay motivated, and celebrate your progress with a well-deserved medal.
Created with beginners in mind, this flexible challenge is open to all ages and fitness levels. Follow your favourite Couch to 5K training plan, and when you're ready, complete your 5K — walking, jogging, or running — entirely on your terms.

How It Works
- Register for the Couch to 5k Virtual Race.
- Choose your day – run anytime on either the 27th or 28th of September.
- Track your run with your favourite fitness app or GPS watch.

Please enter me for this virtual challenge. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation. I declare that I will not take part unless I am in good health and accept that I do so at my own risk. Once my entry is accepted, I understand that my entry fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances - even if I do not or cannot complete the challenge. Throughout the challenge I will observe the current government guidelines in force with regards to social distancing and time restrictions on exercising outside of the home. Please note that we do not accept any entries from outside the UK. All medals will be posted within 7 days of the closure of this event by standard Royal Mail 2nd class delivery.
