Event Description
This October, join The Running Bug’s 10 Days of 5K Challenge and help support Cancer Research UK.
Complete 5K on 10 different days during October by running, jogging or walking wherever you choose — outdoors or on a treadmill, at your own pace.
Profits from race entries will be donated to Cancer Research UK through Andrew’s Giving Page. Andrew, owner of The Running Bug, will also be taking part in Stand Up To Cancer’s 10 Days of 5K Challenge. How It Works
Complete 5K on 10 separate days during October, submit your evidence to The Running Bug and celebrate your achievement.
Run it. Walk it. Share it.
Complete it. 10 days. 50 kilometres. One community supporting Cancer Research UK. Once you have completed this challenge, take a screenshot of the total miles for the month and send it to us using our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/

I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation.
I declare that I will not take part unless I am in good health and accept that I do so at my own risk. Once my entry is accepted,
I understand that my entry fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances - even if I do not or cannot complete the challenge. Throughout the challenge I will observe the current government guidelines in force with regards to social distancing and time restrictions on exercising outside of the home.
