Padiham 10K – Our First Ever Eco-Friendly Run!
We're proud to announce that this year's Padiham 10K will be our first ever Eco-Friendly Run!
The Burnley Leisure Padiham 10k run will cover some of the town’s most attractive spots including Padiham Greenway and the Leeds & Liverpool Canal towpath before taking in the Hapton and Padiham countryside.
As part of our commitment to reducing waste and protecting our local environment, we're asking all participants to help us make this event as sustainable as possible. By making a few small changes together, we can make a big difference.
How You Can Help
Bring your own reusable water bottle – Water refill stations will be available, helping us reduce the use of single-use plastic bottles.
Use the bins provided – Please dispose of any rubbish responsibly or take it home with you.
Reduce single-use plastics – Wherever possible, avoid bringing disposable cups, bottles and packaging to the event.
Walk, cycle or car share – If you can, consider travelling to the event using more sustainable transport.
Recycle where possible – Please use the recycling bins provided around the event village.
Respect the local environment – Help us keep Padiham looking beautiful by leaving no litter along the course or in the event area.

I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
