Lytham St Annes Road Runners present
The Bryan Grundy GREEN DRIVE FIVE
(Incorporating the Lancashire Championships)
Sunday October 18th 2026
5 Mile Race @ 9.30am | Junior Mile @ 9.00am
Green Drive Five: A 5 mile road race starting and finishing in the historic 18th Century tree-lined footpath of Green Drive Lytham. Race starts at 9:30. The race has been dedicated to our club's founding member Bryan Grundy who sadly died in 2025.
Junior Mile: A measured traffic-free one mile race for juniors (ages 4 to 15 on race day). Race starts at 9.00 am and remains within Green Drive on an out and back course. Prizes for 1st Boy and 1st Girl and souvenir medal to all finishers.
Both races are chip timed.
Race HQ: The Ecopod at Park View, Park View Rd, Lytham, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 4JE
Parking: Ballam Road Public Car Park FY8 4LE and on public roads. Please park considerately, do not block driveways etc
Refreshments: Available at Sticky cafe next door to race HQ
5 Mile Prizes
Technical T Shirt for all 5 Mile finishers
Cash Prizes for 1st 3 Men/Women and 1st for Age Categories. £50 for first £30 for second £20 for third. Prizes doubled for course records
£10 prize for V40 to V75 men and V40 to V75 for women.
Team trophies for Men/Women 3 to count
Lancashire AA awards – Medals for first 3 Men/Women and first masters for age categories in V40 to V70+ men and V40 to V65+ for women
Also first men’s and women’s teams – 3 to count
