Welcome to the 41st edition of our popular 10K race - a 10K for runners of all abilities!
Spectrum Striders Running Club invite you to make the Birchwood 10K THE running event of your Summer.
With a fast course on mainly closed roads, you will be supported all the way by enthusiastic club volunteers to give you a race to remember.
Highlights of the race include:
- Chip timing
- The unique finishers' memento: a large, fluffy towel embroidered with the race logo.
- Race photos
- Time & result text message
- Cash prizes for race & age category winners
- Ample Free car parking
Enter NOW and save £4. This entry price will only be available until the end of March. Full price on or after 1st April 2026 will be £24/£26 (+ admin fee).
The certified accurate course starts at the Birchwood Shopping Centre at 10:00am and takes in local roads and paths before heading towards the rural village of Croft. A testing trio of rises over motorway bridges then brings you back to the cheering crowds on the fast finishing straight.
The race is licenced by UK Athletics - licence No. TBA
Race numbers & timing chips to be collected on the day at Race HQ.
Race day instructions will be sent by email in the month leading up to the event.
