The Sea Wall 7 Miler Charity run/walk is 7.2 miles long and is open for people of all fitness and abilities, beginner, amateur or pro.
You're welcome run it or walk it and will start and finish at The Ski Bar, Port Haverigg Marina Village, Cumbria. Taking in all the beautiful scenery in our lovely area has to offer.
The first 5 mile is on road and the last 2.2 mile is of road(gravel). There will be one water station at the 3.5 mile marker.
First 3 Male/female will receive a engraved pint glass and wine glass , and every finisher will receive a small goody bag and what ever little extras we chuck in.
There will also be a club champ competition again , and a little something for every f/m age catergory winner.
