Saturday’s schedule commences with the official opening by Olympic athlete Dame Kelly Holmes; winner of the 800 metre and 1500 metre gold medal in Athens 2004. Followed by a show jam-packed with talks from leading professionals, covering everything from Elite running and injury prevention, balancing family and training, eating right, achieving your potential, an introduction to ultra-running and much more.
INSPIRATION
On Sunday, the world of adventure-running and extreme challenges takes centre stage as top guests; including Barefoot Aleks Kashefi, Jenny Tough, Ira Rainey, and Anna McNuff are set to inspire generations with their exploits.
KIT
There will be a great chance to do some shopping at the event as top brands will be setting up shop. Each exhibitor will have staff on hand to deal with your questions and help with any queries you may have about the world of running. They can advise on the most suitable kit, or recommend the best pair of footwear for an up-coming off-road race.
