Runthrough Crystal Palace Chase The Sun 5k, Wednesday 1 August 2018, 7pm
This undulating route through Crystal Palace Park offers a 5k and 10k for runners of all abilities, so whether you’re chasing your PB or looking for your first 5k this is a great option. The late start time is great for those who like a lie in too.
London Aquathlon, Sunday 18 August 2018, 9am
The Olympic Park Aquatics Centre are hosting a unique addition to the race repertoire with a chip timed 400m swim followed by a 5k run. For triathlon training, this is a great first step.
Bristol
Old Down Estate 5K, Sunday 5 August 2018, 10:30am
Including a one loop 5K and a two loop 10K, this race down the Old Down Estate in Bristol even has a 1K race so the entire family can get involved.
Warmley Forest Park Sunset 5k, Tuesday 14 August 2018, 7:30pm
This summer 5k around Warmley Forest Park is a unique off-road, multi-terrain course which is mainly flat to provide a scenic route for all levels of runners.

Run Media City 5k, Thursday 23 August 2018, 7:00pm
This urban race around Media City in Salford is running throughout the summer, with the final race taking place on this date. The race is a flat, fast, 5K two-laps and a 10K four-laps of the district.
