Here's how it works ...

- List your pay-to-enter event for FREE on our website - register here to get started

- Create a sign-up form for entrants - requesting all the details you'll need from them

- Tell people to come here to register

- We register them and process their payments

- We send them confirmation by email (which serves as their 'entry ticket')

- You can login and see exactly who's paid - and download a full list of entrants 24/7

- As the date gets closer, you can edit your page with event updates, amend entry limits and closure dates - you have full control

 

Surely it can't be completely free! Who pays for what?

We're a proper business so it has to work for us too. As organiser of a pay-to-enter event, you pay nothing at all - and you get all the entrance fees. We just make a small charge that people pay on top of their entrance fee. This can be as low as 60p. 

For example, if an event costs £20 for them to enter, then we charge them £1.80 on top (so they would pay £21.80 in total). But you get the full £20. This 'booking fee' is very reasonable and typical when people buy tickets for train journeys, concerts or sports matches. You can check our fees here.
