The Last Drop Loop is a demanding Fell Race hosted by Bolton United Harriers & Athletic Club and held to coincide with the Bromley Cross Fayre.
Crossing the high moorland of the Pennines overlooking north Bolton, it covers 9.2km (5.7 miles) with 240m (785ft) of vertical ascent. Fell race grade BS held under FRA rules with conditions as specifed on the LDL webpage (www.boltonunitedharriers.co.uk/last-drop-loop) summarised below:
Race Conditions:
-Marked parts of course MUST be followed.
-Retirements MUST report back to race organiser at finish.
-Essential FRA equipment MUST be brought, including: full waterproofs, hat, gloves, map, compass and whistle. Carriage will be dictated by weather conditions.
Entry Conditions:
-Minimum age striclty 18.
-No refunds/deferrals/transfers.
Suitable for novices. Collect numbers on the day. NO SAE required.

I confirm that I am aware of the organiser’s information and requirements in connection with this race. I accept the hazards involved in fell running and acknowledge that I am entering and running this race at my own risk. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. Other than the organiser’s liability for causing death or personal injury by negligence, I confirm that I understand that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
