The renewal of memberships fees are due on the 1st January each year, this service is to enable members to make a payment on-line, which includes a small administration fee and for members 11 years or over includes your UKA Competition Licence Fee.
Once you have made payment you will receive an email in confirmation and the Club Membership secretary will be automatically be informed who will then process your membership.
In order to discourage late payment there is a £10 late payment levy from 1st March and from 1st April the full membership payment will apply. This system will automatically amend the payment cost on the relevant dates.
Family membership may be considered, enquire at reception for more details.

Event Terms
Please sign below to indicate the following. I understand that I* am medically fit and understand that I* participate in activities/training at my own risk and agree that Doncaster AC or its agents shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage that may occur as a result of my membership. I understand that Doncaster AC is a competing club, by signing below I* agree to make myself available to represent the club in competitions and confirm that I am an amateur as defined by the governing body for athletics. I* will abide by the club’s code of conduct and act within club policy/rules. I give permission for photographs to be taken of me* and used in accordance with the club’s Photo Policy.

It is club policy not to offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, in which case application should be made in writing to the Club Directors.
New membership may be accepted at half price from 1st July in each year but not after 1st November.

The Event Organiser will email further information prior to the event. Please check your junk/spam email folders if you don't receive it and note that the Organiser may only send information once entries close (ie. a couple of days prior to the event itself).
