Event Description
The Club Membership Year runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. Membership renewals are due on the 1st January each year.
The membership categories are intended to reflect the type of membership is best for you, if you are uncertain enquire at reception for more detail. All members are entitled to use the changing facilities in the Soccer Centre, on club nights as part of our agreement with Rovers and free parking.
This on-line service is intended to enable new members to pay on-line, which does include a small administration fee. Once this payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email and notification will be sent to our Club membership Secretary, who will process your details into the membership of the club.
All members aged 11 years or above must pay a UKA Competition Licence Fee, this fee enables entry into competition both locally and regionally. Once this is paid UKA will send you a number, by post, which you must keep and use when entering competitions. This fee currently, £17 for the 2022/23 season is included in your membership fee to the Club, the membership secretary will pay this for you on receipt of your payment.
You will also need to purchase a club vest/crop top from the registration office at the club, which you need to wear in all competitions.
If you are under 18 please obtain the bill payers permission to use this service.
Family membership may be considered, enquire at reception for more details.

Event Terms
Please sign below to indicate the following. I understand that I* am medically fit and understand that I* participate in activities/training at my own risk and agree that Doncaster AC or its agents shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, loss or damage that may occur as a result of my membership. I understand that Doncaster AC is a competing club, by signing below I* agree to make myself available to represent the club in competitions and confirm that I am an amateur as defined by the governing body for athletics. I* will abide by the club’s code of conduct and act within club policy/rules. I give permission for photographs to be taken of me* and used in accordance with the club’s Photo Policy.

It is club policy not to offer refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances, in which case application should be made in writing to the Club Directors.
New membership may be accepted at half price from 1st July in each year but not after 1st November.

Please check your junk/spam email folders if you don't receive it and note that the Organiser may only send information once entries close (ie. a couple of days prior to the event itself).
