This firm favourite in the running calendar is back and now includes a fast flat 5k course!
The Course
The course starts in the village of Staplehurst before taking in the quiet surrounding lanes. Please note that although the lanes are quiet, they are not closed to traffic, so please remain cautious at all times. A water station will be situated at the half way point and also available at the finish.
Race HQ
Race HQ is on Surrenden Playing Field in Staplehurst, (TN12 0LY). Ample parking and toilets are available on site. The HQ is less around 10 minutes walk from Staplehurst Railway Station.
Race Features
- Medals - Bespoke medal for all finishers
- Prizes - Awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female as well as first in each age category and team prize.
- Parking - Ample free parking at race HQ.
- Baggage - Secure baggage is available.
- Race Timing - The event will be chipped timed with results available on the NE Timing website as soon as you finish. You will also be able to get an individual print of your time from their results kiosk.
Please note this event was previously know as the Yew Tree Staplehurst 10k.

I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
