Q. How can I contact the event organiser?

A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page. An email with all the info you need will be sent about a week before the event but if you have any questions before then please send us an email.

Q. Is fancy dress compulsory?

A. Fancy dress is very much encouraged and that's what makes this race such a special occasion but it's not compulsory so if you're not one for dressing up then please feel free to turn up in whatever you feel comfortable wearing. The race has a festive theme (the official start to a runners' Christmas) but anything goes when it comes to outfit choices so long as it's nothing lewd or offensive.

Q. Is the race suitable for runners of all abilities?

A. The 'race' is a fancy dress fun run and we welcome runners of all abilities. Please note however that the route covers some quite challenging terrain so entrants should be comfortable running 'off road'.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. If you have booked onto the race but have a valid reason why you can no longer make it then please contact bookitzone to request a refund or a transfer. We will instruct / authorise bookitzone to issue refunds up to one month before the race and to accept transfers up the closing date for entries (at which point the entry list is finalised and sent to the race timers).

Please note there may in some cases be a processing or administration fee for this.
