Join us for the very first 10k running event organised by your local mental health, learning disability and autism NHS Trust.
We’re bringing you the TEWV 10k on Sunday 21 April 2024, within the beautiful surroundings of Knavesmire, inside York Racecourse.
Step into spring with hundreds of people of all abilities as they take on the 10k.
With a flat course, Knavesmire is perfect is you’re pushing for a personal best or a beginner taking on their first event.
All entries include a medal and finisher’s bag.
Tarmac service road around the inside of the racecourse.
Headphones permitted.
Collect race numbers on the day.
Timed Race. ARC permit applied for.
Unfortunately due to permit restrictions participants will not be allowed to run with dogs.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
