Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the race organiser or Eastbourne Council will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances. By signing up to this event you are agreeing to be added to our mailing list for any updates or information relating to the Fun Run. Our data is shared only with relevant companies and results will be shared via email, our facebook page and Parkland FoPS facebook page, please contact alanna_mansell@hotmail.com if you do not wish to be included on social media. We may use photographs of our participants for promoting FoPS events and social media. We will remove any photos on request. By entering this event, you are agreeing to these conditions.
