Q. How does a virtual race work?

A. - Book a race through our website.
- Run the race on the specified date or whenever it is convenient for you.
- Submit your evidence. This usually means taking a screenshot of the run you recorded on a running app such as Strava.
- Once the race has concluded, a bespoke medal will be sent to your postal address.

Q. What happens if I book a race then decide not to participant?

A. We know that sometimes things happen in life, so if something happens which prevents you from running a virtual race, we will gladly offer to defer your place onto another race for free. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds at this time.

NB - we can not accept entries from outside the UK.

Q. How can I contact the event organiser?

A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.
