**PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF START FOR THIS EVENT - NOW STARTING LANCASTER CRICKET CLUB, LUNE ROAD, LANCASTER LA1 5QU**
Lancaster & Morecambe Athletic Club are organing their annual 3 Bridges 10k running race at 11am on Sunday 15th April but this year because of local roadworks, there is a change of route and start venue - which is now Lancaster Cricket and Sports Club, Lune Road, Lancaster LA1 5QU.
This will still be an enjoyable route and it is always a popular race with runners from all over the north-west taking part, often as a fast preparation for spring and early summer marathons and other longer races. It's also very suitable for beginner runners, perhaps moving up from a Parkrun to a longer race.
This year the entry fees are event lower - only £11 per person, or £9 for members of Running Clubs. An extra £2 is charged for entries on the day. No refunds once registered.
This year the race is sponsored by the Runners Centre in Lancaster and the Club is very grateful for this support.
The race meets UK Athletics Rules, is Certified Accurate and there are prizes for the first 3 men and the first 3 women finishers. There will be prizes for each veteran category, from 40 for men and 35 for women .
It has a flat, fast and scenic route and there will also be a nice medal for all finishers.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
