36th staging of this challenging multi-terrain event of approximately 30k using undulating paths and established tracks and lanes over the beautiful North Downs, threading through woodlands, fields and parkland, Chip timing, technical T-shirt, medal and goody bag for all finishers.
In 2019 the North Downs Run will again host the British Masters Multi-terrain championship. Entries to the North Downs Run by current or prospective BMAF members must go through the BMAF website. All championship information and the online entry form can be found on their website - www.bmaf.org.uk
Please note that the time limit of 4 hours 30 minutes will be strictly enforced.
Event Terms
Please enter me for the above event. I declare that I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics and that I will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I agree that I will not hold the organisers responsible for any injury, loss or illness to my person or property as a result of entering this event. I further declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of this event and I will do so at my own risk. I understand that the fee is not refundable and that race numbers are only transferable by prior agreement of the organisers.
