Q. Can I run with my dog?

A. No, unfortunately there are no dogs allowed on the race route or in the school grounds.

Q. What sort of shoes should I run in?

A. Shoes with good grip are recommended.

Q. Is there a mandatory kit list?

A. No.

Q. Is there a GPX file of the course?

A. No - as per FRA rules.

Q. Is there a cutoff time?

A. No, we do not have a cutoff time.

Q. Is there any water on route?

A. No, please bring your own if needed.

Q. Is there a bag drop?

A. Bags are left at own risk in the school cloakroom.
