Event Description

The Priory 10k is an extremely scenic multi-terrain race held entirely within the grounds of Nostell Priory, a National Trust property located between Ackworth and Wakefield.

*** NEW FOR 2014 - 5k Race AND Chip Timing ***

This year, we will also be running a 5k race, starting at the same time as the 10k race, and using Chip Timing to accurately record every runners times and issue results quicker following both races.

The 5k will be one lap of the Nostell Priory grounds with the 10k being a two lap race, all along tarmac driveways, well surfaced paths and grass tracks, a great race for seasoned runners or those wanting to tackle their first race.

Medal for all 5k finishers and goody bag and race memento for all 10k finishers
Category prizes for first 3 Men, Ladies and Vets (dependant upon number of entries)
Spot prizes on the day (courtesy of Todd Martin Sports Therapy)
A donation will be made to the Yorkshire Air Ambulance following the event
Entries available on the night (£2 extra) - depending on numbers (not eligible for prizes)

* Entrants must be 15 or over on 16th July 2014

* Please note that on-line entries will close at midnight on Sunday 13th July 2014.

Event Terms

Please enter me in to the above event. I declare that I am an amateur according to UKA rules and I will be 15 years or older on 16 July 2014. I am medically fit to run and I understand that I enter at my own risk and that the organisers will in no way be responsible for any injury incurred by me as a result of the race or any damage to or loss of property.
In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
