A brand new 10k road race for 2022 brought to you by Sports Feet, in conjunction with Crazy Legs Events. The race will be held on a closed road course in Stockport starting on Jackson's Lane and taking in Chester Road/Woodford Road and a section of the A555 (Airport Link Road)
- 10k run on closed roads
- Technical T-shirt - guaranteed size if you enter by 4th January 2022
- Fabulous medal
- Chip Timing
- Baggage store (at Race HQ)
- A portion of each entry fee will be donated to the Stockport NHS Charity
- Prize money for 1st/2nd/3rd Male/Female (gun time), prizes for vets in five year age bands from 40, team prizes (3 to count, Male/Female)

- Licenced by UKA (runbritain) with course measurement certificate

£23 (UKA Affiliated) / £25 (Unaffiliated) (including Booking fees)
Minimum Age 16
Numbers/timing chips can either be collected from the Sportsfeet shop in Hazel Grove from Thursday 17th to Saturday 29th January or collected on the day of the race.
Please let us know if you expect to take longer than 1 hour 45 minutes to complete the course

Sports Feet opened their doors in September 2020 during the pandemic, having been retailers in Hazel Grove since 1998. The owners, Alison & Dave – both keen runners – recognise that the success of any traditional independent high street retailer is to be involved with the local community. The popularity of their social runs from the shop proves they are heading in the right direction.
Crazy Legs Events have been involved in event timing since the 1990’s and their expertise will ensure the event will run smoothly.

Conditions of Entry
By entering this event as made available on this website, participants understand, accept and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions stated below. The organiser reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting updates online.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not enter the event.
Online Entry
The applicant’s place in an event is confirmed by the completion of the transaction through the online payment system. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check that the entry details have been entered correctly.
Deferrals, Transfers & Waiting Lists
Transfers or deferrals are normally permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event taking place. If this changes, we will announce it on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/stockportdaffodil10k
We offer transfers/deferrals to anyone with a place who is no longer able to compete in their event up to the transfer/deferral deadline as above.
When transferring entries the people must follow the process in the online entry system. On completion of a Transfer, participants understand, accept and agree to our full terms and conditions.
Transferring of entries between participants outside of our official transfer process is strictly forbidden.
When an event sells out, we will operate a waiting list. As places become free, those on the waiting list will be contacted by email in the order that they were added to the list and given a time frame in which to confirm they still want the place and the process for registering/payment. If we do not receive confirmation from them within that time frame, the place is no longer open to them and the transfer is offered to the next person on the list.
On The Day Entries
There will be no on the day entries for this event.
Right of Refusal for entry
We maintain the right to refuse or revoke entry to any applicant not abiding by event rules and these terms and conditions.
Refunds & Cancellations
Individual refunds will only ever be issued at the Race Organiser’s discretion. For a refund to be considered, full details must be emailed to us for consideration within a reasonable time frame of the event.
We do not refund booking fees that were applied prior to the entry being cancelled. The fees are Third Party charges and as such we do not receive them as part of the race regisitration transaction.
We hold the rights to amend/cancel any aspect of an event at late notice. Cancellation will only ever be a last resort for us, and we will always take direction on event cancellations from government agencies (e.g. the Met Office for weather related incidents) and the National Governing Body concerned, in addition to our assessment of the local conditions.
In the event of any cancellation, the event will not be rescheduled during 2022. All entrants will receive a refund via the event insurance covering the event subject to any costs already incurred by the organiser.

The last date for posting your race pack/number has now passed. You will now collect this at the venue on the day of the event. Please arrive in good time.
