Event Description
This is one of the oldest fell races in the country with a history going back over 100 years. It is renowned for being short, tough and demanding.
Distance of 3.4 miles with 1001 feet of climb.
This year we will be using the Bugsworth War Memorial Club as Race HQ, this is just around the corner from the canal basin and the old venue and is much closer to the start of the race. Please be aware that if you park at the Navigation Inn you may be charged a fee unless you go in and spend money at the bar. There is a large car park available at Tesco only 1km away on the canal. Other parking will be available on the day, please read the race brief email that will be sent out a few days before the race for details.
Numbers will be picked up on the day.
Start time 7.30pm, this race often sells out which makes it unlikely there will be entries on the day.
We will reward car shares where there are 4 or more people in the car with a £10 voucher for the cars occupants to spend in the pub that evening.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
