Q. How can I contact the event organiser?

A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.

Q. Can I wear aftershokz bone conducting headphones?

A. No - sorry - we are not allowing any types of headphones due to safety reasons. Participants found to be wearing headphones will be disqualified.

Q. Can I run with a pushchair or a dog?

A. Unfortunately in line with UKA guidelines our course is not suitable for pushchairs nor dogs.
