This is the fourth year that the Arnside Knott Race will be staged on it's scenic course above Morecambe Bay and the Kent Estuary
Organised by Dallam Running Club under FRA rules

Senior Race at 12:15 - 5.5 miles/919 feet - for runners age 16 and over on the day
160 limit is likely to be reached before race day so please pre-enter on line to guarantee a place - £6.20 including handling charge
Closing date for entries is 19th November - collect number on race day - registration closes at 11:50 am
No entries on the day unless any places are still available!

Qualifying U18 runners who have entered the senior race online must also bring a completed FRA Entry Form signed by their parent or guardian to demonstrate their approval
We're hoping for a sunny Autumn day but who knows what the weather will be like in late November! So be prepared to carry waterproof whole body cover,hat,gloves,map of the route,compass,whistle and emergency food if instructed to do so by the organiser
Also Junior races of various distances from 11.15 am – in age groups between 6 to under 16 on the day – entry £1 on day only - bring a waterproof top,leggings,warm hat and gloves
Senior prizes for first 3 men and first 3 women at the finish line – separate junior prize giving – money from refreshments stall and part of the race fee goes to the Alzheimer’s Society

I accept the hazards inherent in fell running and acknowledge that I am entering and running this race at my own risk.
I confirm that I am aware of the rules imposed on me by the Race Organiser and that I will comply with them.
I confirm that I have read and will comply with, the “Fell Running Requirements for Runners”.
I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for determining whether I have the skills equipment and fitness to participate in this event.
I accept that neither the Race Organiser nor the Fell Runners Association shall be liable to me for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of my participation in this race (other than in respect of death or personal injury as a result of their negligence).
In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, I agree that my entry fee may be kept by Dallam Running Club ,with half of it then going to The Alzheimer's Society and the rest retained for the management and administration of the club's future events.
