Event Description
The Dronfield Town FC 10k and Fun Run is a friendly 10k and 3k fun run which starts and finishes in front of our spectator stand at our home ground - the HE Barnes Stadium.
Our run, sponsored by Stauff UK in memory of Town legend Darren Bradwell, will take place on early Mayday Bank Holiday - 4th May 2026.
The 10k is a breathtaking route through which takes in the Derbyshire villages of Coal Aston, Apperknowlde, Hundall and Unstone.
The majority of the course is on road/pavement, but the route also includes sections on grass, paths and even a raised wooden boardwalk through our local nature reserve!
Although the course is not on closed roads, the roads used are very quiet and the 10k is superbly marshalled by football club volunteers, providing a very safe run for all.
