What is BookitZone?

BookitZone is a free online event registration platform dedicated to athletic events and long-distance running. Race organisers can easily list their events while we manage both registration and payment processing. With over 15 years of experience, we have been committed to supporting race organisers every step of the way.

Listing your events with us is completely free, and everything is managed online – no more dealing with paper forms or cashing cheques! We handle the payment processing for you, allowing you to maintain complete control.

You can list your event at BookitZone completely free of charge. 100% of the entrance fee is paid to you as the organiser. We charge a small booking fee on top of your entry fee to cover our costs. We do our best to keep our fees as low as possible.	You can customise your sign-up page to ask for exactly the information you need (name, age, Tshirt Size, etc). Our highly customiseable website ensures you can capture bespoke information about each applicant.	Let people know about your event and direct them to our website, where we will register them and process their payments. We will send them a confirmation by email which serves as their 'entry ticket'.	You can see exactly who's paid for your event and download a full list of entrants 24/7. As the date gets closer you can edit your page with event updates, email applicants, amend entry limits and closure dates and much, much more - you have full control.

There's so much to share! Our journey began with athletic events, and today we proudly count over 270,000 registered athletes – though virtually any type of mass participation event is welcome here. We’re a family-run business, founded in 2009, and just in the past year we’ve supported more than 600 events, both large and small, across the UK.
