Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I am an amateur as defined by UKA and agree to abide by their rules. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.

- I understand the FRA kit requirements for fell races and agree not to run the Pigeon Tower Fell Race if I do not have appropriate kit on the day. I am an amateur as laid down by the rules of U.K. Athletics, and I certify that the entered particulars are correct. I understand that I enter this event at my own risk and that I will not hold the organisers responsible for any illness, injury or loss sustained during or as a result of this event.
