Near Penrith - Cumbria
A relatively flat 10k race which will suit all abilities.
Race Licence 2018-35500
The race route is an accurately measured 10k route and has a full licence with Run Britain. The route is relatively flat, runs along roads and tarmac footpaths and is ideal for those running a 10k for the first time.
Race limited to 200.

Picking up race numbers and registration will start from 8am at the Stoneybeck Inn which is where the race headquarters is located.
Parking will be strictly coordinated by parking marshals. Please follow their requests and do not park on the race route!
Race safety briefing will take place at the Stoneybeck Inn at 9.40am.
The minimum age limit is strictly 15 years old on the day of race.
Prizes to major category winners:
1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes for male and female winners.
Juniors 15 -17 Senior/40-49/50-59/60-69/70+
The event is sponsored by Traybakes and all finishers will receive a Traybakes flapjack (vegan option also available).
Event Terms
Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
This entry form will be considered as an acceptance of governing body rules and a declaration that you are medically fit and will compete on foot and run entirely at your own risk. No accompanying dogs or following cycles allowed. Course not suitable for wheelchairs, prams or pushchairs. Note: No earphones.
You agree that we may publish your personal information as part of the results of the event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licenses or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, any club affiliation, race times, occupation and age category.
