Q. Is the 3 hour time limit mandatory

A. Sorry yes it is - we have volunteer Marshals on the course for around 4 hours
Also we have people waiting for over 2 hours for the presentation

Q. Teeshirt sizes

A. Male: Small , Medium , Large, X Large and XXL

Female: X Small , Small, Medium, Large , X Large and XXL

Q. Affiliated Runners

A. Must have UKA registration number that will be checked as part of entry
