Q. How can I contact the event organiser?
A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.
Q. Is there a route for reccying purposes ?
A. Yes, there is a map on the Macc Harriers website under Windgather Fell Race. A GPX file is also supplied for reccying purposes but under FRA rules, it is not permissible to use a GPS device for navigation in the race. Note that the last 3 fields / 400 yards of the route are on private land and should not be used in a reccy.
Also, it's quite likely that there might need to be a small change to the route due to forestry work, road closure and so on: this will be advised to runners closer to the day.
