Registration for our Spring virtual run is now open:
Polka Dot is pleased to launch our first virtual spring run, we will run from 1st April to 31st May.
The distances we are offering are 5k, 10, and half marathon and for any age of ability.
All you need to do is comment on our page that you would like to register and make a payment of £10 via paypal to info@polkadotevents.co.uk (please pay as a goods or service, this will be at no cost to you)
Please ensure your address is correct as this is the address we will use to post your medal :-0 (this runs medal will be as per picture on this post)
Please note that upon payment you are accepting of our terms and conditions that are posted on this page!
10% of entriy fees for the spring run will be donated to the Brain Tumour Charity
You can sign up at any time but your final results must be submitted no later than 31st May

Virtual Race Terms and Conditions
* Entrants under 18 must be entered into the race by an adult who adhere to our terms and conditions.
• Entrants acknowledge that a medal will only be posted once results are proved, the medal will be posted second class to the address submitted on registration
• Entrants declare they are physically fit. They are not aware of any medical condition or impairment that will prevent or hinder participation in the virtual run or will impact their health by participation
• Entry is only valid for the details listed on the entry form and is not transferable
• By agreeing to these terms and conditions, entrants release event organisers, from all claims connected with participation. Entrants indemnify the event organiser, sponsors, volunteers, and employees involved in this event directly or indirectly against all liability for any and all injury, loss or damage connected with the entrant’s participation.
• For an entry to be valid, entrants must send an email with all details required as stated in the group and entry fee must be paid in full in advance
• Entrants accept that participation is at their own risk and they accept that taking part in the virtual run may involve a risk of injury or death
• Entrants acknowledge they will participate and complete their nominated distance in a manner chosen by them, at locations chosen by them and at their own risk.
• Entrants acknowledge that should they become injured or ill and are unable to take part in the event, monies are not refundable
• Polka Dot Events Management Ltd conform to GDPR, we assure you that all personal data is not forwarded on to third parties, it is deleted from our databases after 6 months unless prior agreement is sought

Please check your junk/spam email folders if you don't receive it and note that the Organiser may only send information once entries close (ie. a couple of days prior to the event itself).
