1st U/20 Vet 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65 and over 70 Men
1st U/20 Vet 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 over 65 Ladies
If a vet wins one of first three prizes, then the next vet in same category is promoted

All race numbers to be collected on the day.
Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time to collect your race number from registration at the Welfare Club on the morning of the race, registration opens at 9:00am.
The race starts at 10.30am prompt.
Please ensure that you do not park illegally or inconsiderately – there will be car parking attendants that will guide you to safe parking zones.
Please do not park and block the main roads. Any illegally parked cars may be subject to Police cautions.
Prizes will be given after the results have been published approx. 11.30-12.00 am in the Welfare Club. “Come and join us after the race for a drink in the Welfare Club to see the presentation.”
The course is generally fast but there is a testing climb at the end of each lap. The trails are normally good so race trainers should be OK but in the event of heavy rain you may want to consider other more suitable footwear.
There will be parking and changing facilities available before and after the race.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
