Wigan Bike Ride
Sunday 5th July 2020 - 09.00am
The Joining Jack Bike ride has been one of the best days of the year since the charity was launched in 2012. The support we have received at the Manchester Bike Ride and Manchester 100 over the past few years has been phenomenal, so we couldn’t think of a better event to do ourselves.
Following the success of the inaugural Wigan Bike Ride in 2017,a brilliant ride in 2018 and a record breaking £35,000 made for the charity in 2019, the fourth Wigan Bike Ride will take place on Sunday, 5th July, 2020.
We will have two rides both starting and finish at the picturesque Mesnes Park. The event is organised by Joining Jack, with a portion of your registration fee going to the charity, but we are delighted to invite all our riders to raise money for any charity close to their hearts or simply ride for fun!
Our 5 Mile Family Ride will follow a similar route to the fabulously successful Wigan 10k.
Our challenging 50 Mile Ride will once again take in some fascinating sights from our neighbouring Lancashire towns and follow a similar route to the Iron Man course. Following some feedback from last years riders, we will be making a few minor tweeks to the route.
We are also offering riders the chance to purchase a Joining Jack cycling shirt when they register.
Riders can then ride for the chairty or simply wear the shirt and raise money for any other charity close to their heart or just for fun.
We do hope you can join us for another fantastic day out and help us get Wigan on Wheels!

I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
