Event Description
This is a virtual event in aid of Little Hearts Matter. The only UK Charity to support anyone effected by a single ventricle diagnosis (effectively half a heart). I was told that my son would not be active due to having half a heart, yet he will willingly run or swim as best as he can for often longer then we ever imagined possible. So, this event is about participants running (or jeffing: run/walking) or swimming for as far or as long as they can in any one session during the month of January. You will receive your medal in time for Congenital Heart Defect Awareness week which is the 7-14th of February.
As the medals are attachable to shoes, my recommendation is anyone over the age of 11 can participate.

Please enter me for the above event.
