Event Terms

I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics regulations and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics.

I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this event.

I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will do so entirely at my own risk.

In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.

Please note: For the safety of all runners’ the use of audio/music devices, headphones and earpieces is NOT permitted. This is because the SC20 Road Race takes place on an open single track carriageway with several road crossings. Failure to abide by this rule will result in disqualification.

Finally, you agree that we may publish your Personal Information as part of the results of the Event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences, publishing results or promoting future races either for the event alone or other events. Results may include name, any club affiliation, race times, email address, date of birth and age category.

You should collect your race pack/number/item at the venue on the day of the event. Please arrive in good time.
