This is the last of our 2016/17 series of races and as a token of our appreciation of your support, for this race we will be supporting Autistica (a charity which supports medical research into autism) and celebrating the real superheroes of autism, the parents, carers and scientists giving autistic children the best chance in life. It is a great excuse for you to put your superhero costume on and run in support of this great charity. Carrying on the fancy dress theme we are designating this a costume trial race. So if you are planning to run a spring marathon in fancy dress in support of your chosen charity or know someone who is than this is an ideal opportunity for you to test out the fit and feel of running in your costume. If, however, you just want to run in your running gear that is fine too.
Regent’s Park is the perfect setting for a fast, flat and traffic-free Sunday morning 10k. The course consists of three laps within the park covering an accurately measured 10k distance and is suitable for runners of all abilities. Beginners are most welcome.
The race is run under UK Athletics Rules and is chip timed. The start and registration is at the Hub in Regent's Park, London, NW1 4RU (nearest entrance is Monkey Gate). The race is fully marshalled with kilometre markers, water station, toliets and baggage area.

On The Day Registration: It is possible to register to run on the day at a cost of £20.
Event Terms
I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
