How to make an online entry.....

• Using BookitZone for the first time: If this is the first time you have used BookitZone, you will initially need to register as a user of the website. To do this, click the red "Sign in/Register' tab at the upper right hand side of this page. Then complete your details as the account holder.      

You will receive an email containing a link which you need to click to verify your email address and activate your account.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAIL LINK, PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM EMAIL FOLDER.

Once registered, you will then be able to sign in, select your event and make entries online.

• If you have used BookitZone previously: You will NOT need to register as a user of the website again. Simply sign in using your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password, there is a password reset facility on the website. Once signed in, select your event and make your entry online.

Making an entry 

• You will first need to make sure you have read the terms and conditions and the timetable of events in order to select the correct day for your events. These are available to download from this website or from your County website. 
• On the event page (this page), select the day and age category for the individual wishing to compete. Click the red 'Enter Now' button.
• On the following page, please complete the details of the athlete wishing to enter. Select the discipline being entered (100m, Long Jump etc) from the dropdown list.    Note: For each age category there is a corresponding drop down list which contains a list of the disciplines available for that age category on that day. 
• Once the athlete details are completed, please double check the details are correct before clicking to 'continue' to add the booking to your shopping basket page. You can review, edit and delete items in your basket should you need to. 
• Following checkout and receipt of your payment, your entry will be confirmed by an email from Bookitzone.

Making multiple entries for more than one event and/or more than one athlete

BookitZone allows you to book one athlete onto several events, (or several athletes onto one or several events) and make one combined payment.

• To do this, follow the procedure as above to add the first athlete entry to your basket.
• If you wish to add more athletes or add more disciplines, click the 'Make another booking for this event' button.
• Repeat the process until you have added all required multiple bookings to your basket.
• Following checkout and receipt of your payment, your entries will be confirmed by email.

NOTE: Your confirmation email from BookitZone IS the only confirmation of your entry that you need.

* I agree to abide by the UKA 2016 Rules of Competition or (if applicable) the QuadKids UK guidance for Under 11s competitions
* I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance at this event.
* I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk.
* I understand that in the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event.
* I understand that no refunds or transfers will be allowed under any circumstances.
* I have read the Prospectus document for 2017 and agree to the conditions within it
