The 2023 Blackburn Winter Warmer 10k
Sunday 5th February 2023
10k Start 11.00am | Junior Race Start 10.00am*
A friendly but challenging 10k starting on the athletics track in Witton Park, climbing the heights of Buncer Lane then descending through the countryside of Pleasington then back to the track for a racing finish! You are guaranteed a friendly welcome and plenty of support throughout the race.
Chip timing for the 10k & 2k races. Pacers for the 10k.
ENTRIES ON THE DAY:
2k FUN RUN FROM 08:45 - £5
10k RACE FROM 09:15 - £20 (or £18 with proof of EA Affiliation)

The 2022 10K race was a sell out so it is strongly recommended that those wanting a place book in advance as entries on the day cannot be guaranteed.
Registration for the 10k race is in the Witton Park Arena building at the side of the running track.
Registration for the Junior 2k race (ages 5-14) is in the old pavilion next to the café and entries will be available on the day.
** PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE CASE OF EXTREME WEATHER, BOTH RACES WILL BE RUN ON 12/02/2023 **
The minimum age for entry for the 10k is 15 years. Proof of age may be requested.

I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or unauthorised transfers allowed under any circumstances. WARNING: ANYONE USING "IN EAR" EARPHONES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!! ONLY AFTERSHOKZ ARE ACCEPTABLE.
